Karate Helps those with Autism Spectrum Disorders

Those with autism, asperger's, PDD-NOS or have symptoms on the spectrum, succeed physically, mentally and socially at JK Martial Arts. We understand the value of consistency, structure and rules. Our teaching method is adapted to the learning style of each student and incorporates visual, auditory and kinesthetic teaching. With an understanding of sensory integration disorders and social impairments we adapt, so each student can be their very best.
